Our weekly parkinson’s Classes
We offer 4 total classes per week on Mondays & Wednesdays at 11 am and 12:15. 8 people per class for safety.
The classes are a 60 min high intensity class with a designated

Strength section
Circuit training
Our goal Is to challenge you within your abilities to maximize your independence
**Requirements: You must be able to walk and perform exercise without another person’s assistance for the duration of the class. Instructions are provided but ability to follow those instructions is required.
*** You MAY use your a cane or walking stick if you feel it is needed
